Wow I cannot believe that I have been on this journey for almost one year! It’s funny because like I say in the video, you’d think that by now I’d have everything figured out but I feel like every day is an opportunity to head in the opposite direction! I have to continue every day to make the best choices to live my best life.
It frustrates me when people make comments that I don’t need to lose any more weight. There is a lot of room for improvement on my body and I need to come up with a strong plan to get there. I still have another 10 lbs to lose and I would like to be muscular and toned. Anyone have any idea how long that is going to take!? lol
